Billing questions
Is there a subscription?
No. You buy credit packs when you need them and spend them at your own pace.
Which calls are charged?
Only calls that return data. Invalid parameters, no data for a query, rate limits and source outages all cost nothing, and every response reports its cost in the X-Credits-Used header.
How long do credits last?
Credits from packs last 12 months from purchase, and older credits are spent first. Free accounts are topped back up to 1,000 credits each month until the first purchase.
How do taxes and invoices work?
Our payment provider calculates taxes at checkout and issues your invoice.
Can I get a refund?
Packs are refundable within 14 days if you have used less than 10% of the credits. See the refund policy for details.
