# Refund policy

Credit packs are refundable within 14 days of purchase if you have used less than 10% of the credits in the pack. Refunds remove the refunded credits from your balance. Free credits are never refundable.

Failed calls are never charged, so there is nothing to refund for them. If you think you were charged for a call that returned no data, email [support@perceptlayer.com](mailto:support@perceptlayer.com) with the request IDs and we will restore the credits.

Refunds go back to the original payment method through our payment provider. Packs start at $10.
